摘要:

随着现代科学技术的发展,电子装备对测试保障提出了新要求,传统的测试保障装备已不能满足其迅速发展的客观要求,大力发展小型化、智能化、综合化、信息化,实用、可靠、先进、经济,并具有多用途、多功能、高性能、可移动等特点的电子装备自动测试系统势在必然;电子装备自动测试系统及其关键技术成为当前研究的热点;文中综述了电子装备自动测试系统的发展概况,针对现有电子装备自动测试系统存在的实际问题提出了急需研究解决的主要关键技术,说明了研究解决关键技术的必要性。
