摘要:

以美国ATE发展为例,回顾了通用ATE标准化发展历史,进而从操作系统、控制平台、测试语言、仪器硬件、驱动软件、附加功能、系统扩展性等方面介绍了美国、法国、英国、以色列具有代表性的商用标准化ATE的技术现状,阐明了通用ATE标准化的意义和ATE标准化技术今后的发展方向。

Abstract:

To showing the significance and future development trend of general purpose ATE standardization, this paper uses the American ATE as an example for reviewing ATE standardization history, then basing on the commercial ATE in American, France, British and Israel , current ATE technical situation is introduced from the aspects of operating systems, software controls, test languages, device hardware, drivers, extendable and additional functions.
