Abstract:To address issues such as low testing efficiency, high reliance on manual labor, non-standardized data management, and difficulties in ensuring product consistency in the mass production of balises, particularly the incompatibility of standard and large-sized balises for testing on the same platform, this paper designs and implements an automated testing platform for factory compliance verification of multi-size balises. With a test control machine as its core, the platform adopts a modular hardware architecture and a layered software architecture, which integrates a programmable digital signal generator, data acquisition unit, power amplifier, spectrum analyzer, dedicated test antenna, and automated measurement and control software, enabling fully automated testing of key metrics such as balise activation functions, input-output characteristics, uplink signal characteristics, and interface C performance. Construct standard testing system of multi-sized balises. The system supports automated test execution, intelligent result evaluation, and data storage with traceability, effectively reducing manual intervention and improving production efficiency and product consistency. Practical applications demonstrate that the testing platform operates stably, achieves high testing accuracy, and exhibits strong scalability, meeting the debugging and testing requirements for various types of balise mass production, with significant engineering application value.
