Abstract:Multi-beam tracking telemetry and command(TT&C) equipment, a key direction for aerospace TT&C, has complex structure and high operational coupling, where human errors easily induce major mission risks. To satisfy operator training and enhance maintenance performance, a digital twin system is proposed. Based on virtual-physical collaborative design, the system framework consists of four subsystems: stereoscopic visualization, integrated simulator, digital drill, and cognitive maintenance. To address high-fidelity twin construction, the techniques of “time-compensated dynamic alignment” and “high-precision multi-domain fusion simulation” are proposed. The model synchronization delay is below 1 s and the accuracy error is less than 5 %. In practical applications, an independent equivalent scaled verification system offline tests component replacement. Results provide a deployable technical path for efficiency optimization and digital construction of aerospace Multi-beam TT&C systems.
