Abstract:The isolation of large continuous wind tunnels is used to cut off and connect the wind tunnel circuit. It ensures that test personnel can enter the test area quickly, safely and efficiently to replace test conditions during tests under abnormal atmospheric pressure, so as to reduce test energy consumption and improve test efficiency. A control system scheme for the isolation of large continuous wind tunnels based on a PLC controller as the core is designed. By adopting distributed I/O technology and multi-motor cooperative control method, the precise, coordinated and reliable operation of the isolation is realized. Practical verification shows that the software and hardware of the isolation control system are reasonably designed, and the system operates safely, stably and reliably throughout the whole process, which meets the requirements of large continuous wind tunnels for the isolation in improving test efficiency and cutting down test energy consumption.
