Abstract:To meet the requirements of distributed vibration and explosion shock environmental tests for test systems in local and wide-area multi-channel scenarios, this paper studies the synchronous acquisition and transmission technology of multi-channel test signals in a 1 km local area and a 100 km wide area, constructs a distributed test network, and completes experimental verification. For 1 km signal transmission, a remote real-time optical fiber transmission and reproduction technology for analog signals is proposed. Two kinds of analog signal transmission and reproduction devices for vibration and explosion shock are developed to realize signal remote transfer. For 100 km wide-area testing, a wide-area networking scheme based on client/server architecture is presented. By using software virtual Precision Time Protocol (PTP) and cross-network static IP identification technology, synchronous acquisition and transmission of wide-area distributed vibration signals are realized, and the key points of PTP protocol programming are described. The experimental results show that within 1 km, the vibration analog signal can be transmitted in real time with amplitude of ±10 V, frequency of 2 kHz and group delay of 10 μs, and the explosion shock analog signal can be transmitted without distortion with amplitude of 0 V–3.3 V and frequency of 2 MHz. The wide-area test system achieves synchronization accuracy better than 10 ms and data transmission rate not less than 12.8 Mbps. The proposed technologies and devices effectively adapt to the cross-regional multi-channel distributed environmental test requirements of weapon systems, providing a complete and reliable technical solution for their distributed comprehensive testing.
