Abstract:To address the current contradiction between insufficient production capacity in the aviation integrated electronic equipment commissioning industry and the user demand for rapid delivery, this study examines the digitalization of six key operational elements: man, machine, material, method, environment, and measurement. Through digital information management, automated testing, intelligent tooling, flexible resources, and digital management, this work innovatively adopts a digital commissioning process as the driving force, and combines mature microservices-based cloud architecture technologies to develop a digital transformation application platform for commissioning. It thereby establishes a universally applicable design methodology for the digital transformation of aviation integrated electronic equipment commissioning. Practical validation demonstrates that after applying this methodology to the digital transformation of a specific type of aviation integrated electronic equipment, production efficiency has increased by more than twofold, while labor costs have been reduced by over 70%, successfully meeting the delivery requirements for requirements for equipment with assured quality and on-time performance.
