    为解决航空综合电子装备调测行业生产能力不足与用户快速交付需求的矛盾现状,对航空综合电子装备调测过程中人、机、料、法、环、测六个方面的业务数字化进行了研究,通过信息数据化、测试自动化、工装智能化、资源柔性化和管理数字化等设计,以数字化调试工艺为驱动,同时采用成熟的微服务云架构技术构建调测数字化转型应用平台,探索出了一种具备普适性的航空综合电子装备调测数字化转型设计方法。经实际验证,某型航空综合电子装备使用该方法完成调测数字化转型后生产效率提升2倍以上,人力资源成本降低70%以上,满足了装备按时保质的交付需求。

    Abstract:

    To address the current contradiction between insufficient production capacity in the aviation integrated electronic equipment commissioning industry and the user demand for rapid delivery, this study examines the digitalization of six key operational elements: man, machine, material, method, environment, and measurement. Through digital information management, automated testing, intelligent tooling, flexible resources, and digital management, this work innovatively adopts a digital commissioning process as the driving force, and combines mature microservices-based cloud architecture technologies to develop a digital transformation application platform for commissioning. It thereby establishes a universally applicable design methodology for the digital transformation of aviation integrated electronic equipment commissioning. Practical validation demonstrates that after applying this methodology to the digital transformation of a specific type of aviation integrated electronic equipment, production efficiency has increased by more than twofold, while labor costs have been reduced by over 70%, successfully meeting the delivery requirements for requirements for equipment with assured quality and on-time performance.
