Abstract:In response to the demand for vibration characteristic detection of equipment such as control rod drive mechanisms and pumps under strong operational background noise in the high-temperature and intense radiation environment of nuclear reactors, the development of a vibration displacement sensor was carried out. Through principle analysis of the vibration displacement sensor, screening of high-temperature and radiation-resistant materials, theoretical modeling, performance simulation and optimization of core components, as well as structural and circuit design, a high-temperature and radiation-resistant vibration displacement sensor suitable for this environment was developed. The results of type tests and third-party verification indicate that the performance specifications of the sensor are comparable to those of similar foreign products, effectively meeting the engineering application requirements for fault detection of key equipment in nuclear reactors.
