Abstract:With the continuous application of multi-channel intermediate frequency (IF) signal acquisition products in the national defense and military industry, the testing requirements for multi-channel IF signal products have also been continuously increasing. An automatic test system for multi-channel IF signal products is proposed. The system uses the XC7Z020 as the core processor, controlling a DA conversion circuit to output sine wave signals as the signal source, generating intermediate frequency signals for multiple channels. These multi-channel IF signals are then input into the multiple AD channels of the device under test for acquisition. The acquired data is transmitted to the test system via the LVDS interface, and the test system further transmits it to the host computer through a serial port. The host computer uses LabVIEW to analyze and display the data. Verification results indicate that this test system can correctly realize parameter analysis and calculation for multi-channel signals, featuring short development cycles, low operational complexity, and a high degree of automation.
