    随着多通道中频信号采集产品在国防军工领域的不断应用,针对多通道中频信号产品的测试要求也在不断的提高,提出了一种针对多通道中频信号产品的自动测试系统;使用XC7Z020作为核心处理器,通过控制DA转换电路输出正弦波信号作为信号源,产生多个通道的中频信号,将多个通道的中频信号输入被测产品的多个AD通道进行采集,采集后的数据通过LVDS接口传输至测试系统,测试系统通过串口传输至上位机,上位机利用labVIEW进行数据的解析以及显示。验证结果表明,该测试系统能够正确实现多通道信号的参数解析以及计算,具有开发周期短、操作难度低以及自动化程度高的特点。

    Abstract:

    With the continuous application of multi-channel intermediate frequency (IF) signal acquisition products in the national defense and military industry, the testing requirements for multi-channel IF signal products have also been continuously increasing. An automatic test system for multi-channel IF signal products is proposed. The system uses the XC7Z020 as the core processor, controlling a DA conversion circuit to output sine wave signals as the signal source, generating intermediate frequency signals for multiple channels. These multi-channel IF signals are then input into the multiple AD channels of the device under test for acquisition. The acquired data is transmitted to the test system via the LVDS interface, and the test system further transmits it to the host computer through a serial port. The host computer uses LabVIEW to analyze and display the data. Verification results indicate that this test system can correctly realize parameter analysis and calculation for multi-channel signals, featuring short development cycles, low operational complexity, and a high degree of automation.
