    摘要:

    对伺服系统配套的基于霍尔效应的闭环电流传感器进行了研究,对其磁路系统中磁通量信号大小与信号噪声、失真程度的关系及其对后端电路设计的影响进行了分析;针对磁路系统,采用开环“回”字形聚磁环结构设计,选用了磁导率高、电阻率低、低矫顽磁力、热膨胀系数小的材料;针对次级线圈,采用扁平形状漆包线并进行特殊热处理工艺技术;通过创新性地优化磁路系统材料与设计结构、改进次级线圈工艺,实现了±130 A范围内电流的精确测量。经伺服系统的带载试验测试,结果表明电流传感器的测量精度和线性度得到了提高,满足航天伺服系统的应用要求。

    Abstract:

    The closed-loop current sensor based on Hall effect used in servo system is studied. The relationship between the magnetic flux signal, signal noise, and distortion in the magnetic circuit system, as well as their impact on the design of back-end circuits are analyzed. For the magnetic circuit system, an open-loop " double-rectangle " shaped flux-concentrating core structure design is adopted, and materials exhibiting high magnetic permeability, low resistivity, minimal coercivity, and reduced thermal expansion coefficient are selected; For the secondary coil, a flat-shaped enameled wire is adopted and a special heat treatment process technique is applied. By innovatively optimizing the magnetic circuit system materials and design structure, as well as the improvement of the secondary coil process, accurate measurement of current within the range of ±130A has been achieved. The experimental results from the loaded test of the servo system demonstrate that the measurement accuracy and linearity of the current sensor have been significantly improved, meeting the application requirements of the aerospace servo system.
