    起落架收放耐久性试验是验证飞机起落架系统满足CCAR25-R4设计符合性的重要试验,试验通过循环收放加载的方式,考核起落架系统收放机构的使用寿命。使用LabVIEW虚拟仪器图形化开发环境作为软件平台,结合PC机和NI数据采集卡等硬件,设计了一款起落架收放耐久测控装置。该装置能够实时解算接近传感器信号,监控起落架收放故障状态,实现起落架系统的自动循环收放,并对耐久测试过程进行数据记录。以某起落架系统为研究对象,该装置设计了接近传感器分时解算策略和自动收放安全监控策略,有效保证了测试过程的可靠性和安全性。经试验验证,该装置具有安全、经济、复用性的优点。

    Abstract:

    The durability test of landing gear retraction is an important test to verify that the aircraft landing gear system meets the design compliance of CCAR25-R4. The test assesses the service life of the retraction mechanism of the landing gear system through cyclic retraction loading. A landing gear endurance measurement and control device was designed using LabVIEW virtual instrument graphical development environment as the software platform, combined with hardware such as PC and NI data acquisition card. This device is capable of real-time calculation of proximity sensor signals, monitoring the fault status of landing gear retraction, achieving automatic cyclic retraction of the landing gear system, and recording data during durability testing. Taking a certain landing gear system as the research object, the device has designed a time-division solution strategy for proximity sensors and an automatic retraction safety monitoring strategy, effectively ensuring the reliability and safety of the testing process.Experimental verification has confirmed that this device possesses the advantages of safety, cost-effectiveness, and high reusability.
