    起落架收放控制系统是飞机重要的功能系统,使用LabVIEW虚拟仪器图形化开发环境作为软件平台,结合PC机和NI数据采集卡等硬件,设计了一款起落架收放控制故障注入系统。该系统能够实时监测起落架收放控制过程,对接近传感器信号和电磁阀信号进行故障注入,并对故障测试过程进行数据记录和分析。该系统应用了故障注入优先级策略,有效保证了测试过程的安全性。以双余度起落架收放控制系统为研究对象,在不同工况下,根据算法分级注入接近传感器信号和电磁阀信号,对起落架收放控制系统实现了充分测试。经试验验证,该故障测试系统具有灵活、安全的优点,测试覆盖率不低于95%。

    Abstract:

    The landing gear retraction and extension control system is an important functional system of the aircraft. Using the LabVIEW virtual instrument graphical development environment as the software platform, combined with PC and NI data acquisition card hardware, a fault injection system for landing gear retraction and extension control has been designed. This system can monitor the landing gear retraction and extension control process in real time, conduct fault injection on proximity sensor signals and electromagnetic valve signals, and record and analyze the data during the fault testing process. The system employs a fault injection priority strategy, effectively ensuring the safety of the testing process. Taking a dual-redundancy landing gear retraction and extension control system as the research object, fault injections of proximity sensor signals and electromagnetic valve signals were categorized based on the algorithm under different operating conditions, achieving thorough testing of the landing gear retraction and extension control system. Experimental verification shows that this fault testing system has advantages of flexibility and safety, with a testing coverage rate of not less than 95%.
