    摘要:

    为提高某风洞流场观测精度和工作效率,研制出一套纹影仪自动定位装置。该装置将纹影成像系统发射端和接收端分别安装在两个独立六自由度平台上,平台及基座置于轨道平车上,通过变换六自由度的位置姿态来满足风洞多点精确高效观测需求。系统调试分为静态和动态流程,静态调试中记录系统数据,重复定位时调用该数据作为目标值,分别采用视觉相机、倾角传感器和位置敏感器(Position Sensitive Detector, PSD)检测实时位姿,控制轨道平车和六自由度平台完成纹影仪发射端和接收端的位置姿态精准调整,从而实现一键快速光路定位。通过实际测量和AMESim建模仿真对定位精度进行了分析,结果表明,该装置在X和Z方向位移重复定位精度均小于0.5mm,角度定位精度小于0.05°,一键复位时间小于2分钟,极大地提高了工作效率。目前该装置已在风洞中应用于多项重大型号试验,效果良好。

    Abstract:

    A system of automatic positioning device is developed to improve the accuracy and efficiency of observation of a wind-tunnel field.The launch and receiving ends of the tattoo imaging system are installed on two separate six-degree free platforms, and the platform and base are placed on an orbital equal vehicle to meet the need for more accurate and efficient observations of the wind tunnel by changing the six-degree free-positioning posture.System debugging is divided into static and dynamic processes, and system data are recorded in static debugging.With calling the data as a target value, using visual cameras, inclination sensors and PSD to detect real-time position, the orbital flattens and the six-degree platform are controlled to perform precise positional adjustments at the end of the pictogram and the receiving end, thus achieving one key fast-circuit positioning.The positioning accuracy is analysizedthrough physical measurements and simulations of AMESim,which shows that the repeated positioning accuracy is less than 0.5 mm in both direction of X and Z, the angle positioning accuracy is less than 0.05° and the single key reposition time is less than 2 minutes, which greatly improves the work efficiency.The device is currently being used in several major model tests in wind tunnels ,with working well.
