    摘要:

    针对机轮承载开关的传统测试方法存在的测试效率低下、测试精度不高等问题,本文设计一套基于Zynq的便携式机轮承载开关原位检测设备,该设备通过AD模块对承载开关、激光测距传感器进行数据采集,通过AXI总线缓存到ARM端的DDR3,对其进行处理与判断,实现承载开关的四路通道通/断及一致性状态的自动检测,使用FPGA模拟开关量信号,并通过界面设计优化测试流程,支持机轮承载信号相关的机上系统交联故障隔离,经对比试验表明,该设备满足各项指标要求,测试效率提高至500 %,并实现±1 mm的测距精度和0.2 ms的通道一致性测量精度,已在多型飞机得到应用,使用效果良好。

    Abstract:

    To address the issues of low efficiency and accuracy in traditional testing methods, a portable, Zynq-based in-situ detection device for the wheel load switch has been designed. This device collects data from the load switch and a laser distance sensor via an AD module, caches the data to DDR3 on the ARM side through the AXI bus, processes and judges the data, and automatically detects the on/off status and consistency of the four channels of the load switch. The device uses FPGA to simulate switch signals and optimizes the testing process through interface design, supporting the isolation of faults related to the wheel load signal in interconnected onboard systems. According to comparative tests, the equipment meets all specified performance requirements, with testing efficiency increased to 500%. It achieves a ranging accuracy of ±1mm and a channel consistency measurement accuracy of 0.2ms. The equipment has been applied to multiple aircraft models, demonstrating excellent performance in practical use.
