    针对航天运载领域对火箭发射实时观测的需求,研究开发多格式兼容的遥测图像解码设备。设计一种可同时满足H264和H265解码需求的设备,具备解析箭载遥测数据、卫星中继数据等多源数据能力,支持四通道并行图像输出。通过创新性设计"工业控制计算机+硬件解码模块+系统软件"的集成架构,实现设备小型化并建立双冗余解码输出机制,显著提升系统可靠性。详细论述硬件架构设计原理和软件算法实现方案。经实际运载火箭测试验证,该设备有效实现多格式遥测数据的实时解析与图像重建功能,满足航天工程对高可靠性实时观测的技术要求,具有重要工程应用价值。

    Abstract:

    To address the demand for real-time observation in aerospace launch operations, a multi-format compatible telemetry image decoding device has been developed. The designed equipment simultaneously supports H264 and H265 decoding standards, capable of processing multi-source data including onboard telemetry data and satellite relay communications data, with quad-channel parallel image output capability. Through an innovative integrated architecture combining "industrial control computer, hardware decoding module, and system software", device miniaturization has been achieved while establishing a dual redundant decoding output mechanism, significantly enhancing system reliability. Detailed design principles of hardware architecture and implementation schemes of software algorithms are systematically elaborated. Field verification on launch vehicles demonstrates that the equipment effectively realizes real-time parsing and image reconstruction of multi-format telemetry data, meeting the stringent technical requirements of aerospace engineering for high-reliability real-time monitoring. This solution demonstrates significant engineering application value in launch vehicle systems.
