    摘要:

    针对现役运载火箭测量系统供配电拓扑庞大、电气耦合复杂引起的地面测试困难、效率低等问题,提出一种运载火箭测量系统供配电模块化测试系统。首先,通过标准化接口将系统解耦为电源、信号采集、数据处理及通信模块,构建测量系统供配电测试模块化测试平台。其次,基于隔离放大控制、多通道采集、高精度数据校验、电源冗余补偿等方法,设计供配电控制电路、模拟量采样电路,完成测量系统的供配电控制和状态监控。最后,基于Windows呈现基础框架,采用C语言开发上位机测量系统供配电控制软件,实现运载火箭测量系统模块独立测试与集成测试,提高运载火箭测量供配电系统工作的可靠性。在上海某航天电子实验室开展供配电模块测试系统功能性验证试验,试验结果表明,该系统有效、可靠,标准化接口设计与可扩展性为复杂航天系统测试提供了新思路,具有重要的工程应用价值。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of difficulty and low efficiency of ground test caused by large power supply and distribution topology and complex electrical coupling of active launch vehicle measurement system, a modular test system for power supply and distribution of launch vehicle measurement system is proposed. Firstly, the system is decoupled into power supply, signal acquisition, data processing and communication modules through standardized interface, and a modular test platform for power supply and distribution test of measurement system is constructed. Secondly, based on the methods of isolation amplification control, multi-channel acquisition, high-precision data verification and power redundancy compensation, the power supply and distribution control circuit and analog sampling circuit are designed to complete the power supply and distribution control and state monitoring of the measurement system. Finally, based on the Windows presentation basic framework, the C language is used to develop the power supply and distribution control software of the host computer measurement system, which realizes the independent test and integrated test of the launch vehicle measurement system module, and improves the reliability of the launch vehicle measurement power supply and distribution system. The functional verification test of the power supply and distribution module test system is carried out in an aerospace electronic laboratory in Shanghai. The test results show that the system is effective and reliable. The standardized interface design and scalability provide a new idea for the test of complex aerospace systems and have important engineering application value.
