    摘要:

    引信弹道安全性与弹丸外弹道运动密切相关,而弹丸外弹道运动受弹丸结构特征数影响较大。为了准确获取弹丸结构特征数极限值,进而给引信安全性设计和理论分析提供技术基础,提出利用大口径火炮榴弹结构特征数实测数据研究其分布规律和相关性的方法。以155 mm口径火炮M107榴弹、底凹弹、底排弹和复合增程弹为例,利用其结构特征数实测值拟合其分布规律,得到不同累积概率下的极限值,并进一步分析各结构特征数间的相关性。这4种155 mm口径火炮弹丸大多数结构特征数的最佳拟合结果不为正态分布,其中3种的多数结构特征数服从三参数Weibull分布。大口径火炮榴弹的赤道转动惯量和动不平衡角分别与轴向质心位置和偏心距密切相关,可由其进行预估。

    Abstract:

    The ballistic safety of fuze is closely related to the exterior ballistic motion of projectile, and the exterior ballistic motion of projectile is greatly affected by its structural characteristic parameters. In order to obtain the limit values of structural characteristic parameters of projectile accurately and provide technical basis for fuze safety design and theoretical analysis, a method is proposed to study the distribution and correlation of large caliber projectile by using the measured data of its structural characteristic parameters. taking 155 mm artillery M107 projectile, hollow base projectile, base bleed projectile and compound extended range projectile as examples, the distribution law and limit values for different cumulative probabilities of its structural characteristic parameters is fitted by the measured data, and the correlation of each structural characteristic parameters is further analyzed.
