摘要:

舰艇机动能力作为编队作战能力的重要支撑之一,以往文献很少涉及编队机动作战能力评估。论文通过剖析舰艇编队机动作战概念,解析机动作战任务剖面,破解影响机动作战能力的关键因素,构建机动能力多层评估指标体系,采取解析聚合方式刻画编队机动作战能力。针对指标参数差异较大,采用效用函数转换不同指标的属性值,比较指标实际值与期望值之间的差距,建立效用评估模型,准确评价舰艇编队机动作战能力,通过实例分析验证函数模型可行性。

Abstract:

The ability of the ship is one of the important support of formation combat ability, and the previous literature rarely involves the assessment of the ability of formation motor combat ability. Through the analysis of the concept of the motor warfare of the ship formation, the key factors of the ability of the mobile combat capability are resolved, and the system of the multi-layer evaluation index is constructed, and the ability of the formation to be described by the analytic method is described. In view of the difference of the parameter parameters, the difference between the actual value and the expected value of the different indexes of the utility function is used, and the utility evaluation model is established, the ability of the ship formation is evaluated accurately, and the feasibility of the validation function model is analyzed by an example.
