    摘要:

    数据处理组合与信号调理组合是自动化测试系统的重要测试设备,数据处理组合包括电源、控制器、DA输出、AD采集、数字IO信号处理、串行总线通信及1553B总线通信等几个部分,能够实现模拟量及数字量信号控制输出、模拟量及数字量信号采集监测、RS422串行总线通信及1553B总线数据通信等基本功能,模块化设计采用PXI总线架构形式,优点是成熟稳定可靠并且能够支持扩展,数据处理组合控制器接收指令与各功能板卡配合完成所需功能;信号调理组合作为被测与数据处理组合的中间信号转接设备,实现了数据参数的接口匹配及信号隔离等功能,重点对信号调理电路及芯片进行了计算研究经实验测试实现了不同幅值的数字量信号和模拟量信号输入输出转换及不同转换比例的电压电流转换。

    Abstract:

    Data processing combination and signal conditioning combination is an important test equipment of automated test system. Data processing combination includes power supply,controller,DA output,AD acquisition,digital IO signal processing,serial bus communication and 1553B bus communication and other parts,which can realize analog and digital signal control output,analog and digital signal acquisition and monitoring,RS422 serial bus communication and 1553B bus data communication and other basic functions ,the modular design adopts the form of PXI bus architecture,the advantage is mature,stable and reliable and can support expansion,data processing combination controller receive instructions with the function of the board card to complete the required functions ;Signal conditioning combination achieves data parameter interface matching and signal conditioning isolation and other functions as the test and data processing combination of intermediate signal switching device, focus on the signal conditioning circuit and chip calculation research through the experiment to achieve different amplitude of digital signal and analog signal input and output conversion and realize voltage and current conversion of different proportions.
