    摘要:

    针对军工高端复杂电子设备生产需求变化多、种类更新换代快、测试需求变化多样,对测试人员技能要求较高,生产成本居高不下的现状,对军工高端电子设备柔性化、少人化测试进行了研究。以节约被测产品所需的人工工时和仪器资源、兼容多种被测产品、自动适应多变的测试任务为目标。采用自动测试技术、机械传动技术、接口适配技术、自动分配算法相互配合,设计了一种柔性测试系统,经实际应用,该系统使用原本二分之一的测试仪器资源,可以满足6种产品的生产测试,降低人工工时80%以上,实现在有限资源条件下产能提高4倍,面对随机变化的不同种类和数量的被测产品,能够自动以最优方式完成分配测试,满足复杂多变的军工设备的测试需求。

    Abstract:

    In response to the current situation where the production demands for advanced complex electronic equipment in the military industry are highly variable, with rapid turnover of product types and diverse testing requirements, and where there is a high demand for testing personnel skills, coupled with persistently high production costs, research has been conducted on the flexible and labor-minimized testing of advanced electronic equipment for military applications. The objectives are to reduce the labor hours and instrument resources required for the tested products, to ensure compatibility with a variety of products, and to automatically adapt to the changing test tasks. By integrating automatic testing technology, mechanical transmission technology, interface adaptation technology, and automatic distribution algorithms, a flexible testing system has been designed. In practical applications, the system operates with half the original testing instrument resources, is capable of handling the production testing for six different product types, reduces labor hours by over 80%, and quadruples production capacity under limited resource conditions. The system can automatically distribute tests in the most optimal manner in response to random changes in the types and quantities of tested products, thereby satisfying the complex and diverse testing needs of military equipment.
