Abstract:Radar of target missile is an important component of the aerial attack situation of target missile feeding flight structures,responsible for simulating the search ,tracking and stable illumination of radar at the end of missile flight. It has the characteristics of complex structure, high failure rate, and multiple types of faults, and requires multiple tests to complete the troubleshooting before it can be applied. In order to effectively improve the technical support efficiency of target borne radar, a multifunctional testing system for target borne radar is designed and implemented. The hardware part is centered around the PXI industrial computer, and targeted signal adaptation is carried out to achieve input acquisition of analog, switch, and digital signals, output control of analog and switch signals, and control of general instruments and equipment through serial and network ports. According to the testing workflow and indicator requirements of the target borne radar, software hierarchical design is completed, and a combination of manual and automatic testing functions is achieved. At the same time, the system can complete the recording function of test data and trace the entire testing process. Practical application testing is proven that the system works stably, has high reliability, and can meet the needs of target borne radar testing support and specific fault location.
