    摘要:

    针对传统纯手工制作多层隔热组件难以满足小卫星批产研制对其制作效率和一致性要求高的问题,建立一种基于视觉传感技术的多层隔热组件智能投影辅助裁剪系统;系统主要包括投影仪、相机和控制软件,可通过深度相机、投影仪和系统标定,实现投影仪图像坐标系与工件坐标系定位对齐,确保多层工艺图纸1:1定位投影;可用于指导多层隔热组裁剪、尼龙搭扣和聚酰亚胺销钉的安装工作;经试验及应用验证,系统投影比例和定位误差满足设计要求,能够显著提高多层制作效率和一致性,并可建立通用产品多层工艺信息库,实现工艺知识积累和快速调用。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem that traditional handmade multi-layer insulation blankets cannot meet the high production efficiency and consistency requirements of small satellite batch production, an intelligent projection assisted tailoring system for multi-layer insulation blankets based on vision sensing technology is established. The system mainly consists of projector, camera and control software. Through depth camera, projector and system calibration, the projector image coordinate system can be aligned with the workpiece coordinate system to ensure 1:1 positioning projection of multi-layer process drawings. The system can be used to guide multi-layer insulation blankets cutting, Velcro and polyimide pin installation work. The experiment and application prove that the system projection ratio and positioning error meet the design requirements, and can significantly improve the efficiency and consistency of multi-layer insulation blankets, and establish a database of general product multi-layer insulation blankets process information to realize the accumulation of process knowledge and rapid call.
