Abstract:In the process of transmitting meteorological satellite remote sensing data, in order to address the impact of signal quality degradation caused by interference or attenuation on the accuracy of meteorological satellite remote sensing data reception fault diagnosis, a rule matching based meteorological satellite remote sensing data reception fault diagnosis system is studied and designed. The hardware units of the system are respectively the building unit of the satellite data receiving fault diagnosis framework, the monitoring unit of the satellite data receiving status, the design unit of the satellite data receiving fault inference machine, and the design unit of the satellite data receiving fault diagnosis report generator. The system software first preprocesses the satellite data reception status signal, extracts the characteristics of the received status signal and the received fault signal, designs a satellite data reception fault diagnosis rule library, and implements satellite data reception fault diagnosis based on rule matching. The design and operation of a fault diagnosis system for meteorological satellite remote sensing data reception have been achieved through the collaboration of hardware and software. The experimental data shows that the feature extraction results of satellite data reception state signals obtained by the application design system are the same as the actual reception state signal features, and the fault diagnosis results of satellite data reception are the same as the actual reception fault diagnosis results, confirming the effectiveness of the design system.
