Abstract:With the in-depth application of information, digital and intelligent technologies, data has become increasingly important for the improvement of quality and efficiency of large industrial equipment such as wind tunnels. In view of the deficiencies of traditional wind tunnel data management models such as the lack of data synchronization mechanism, dispersed data storage, insufficient real-time performance, and lack of management functions, a large-scale wind tunnel full-link database management system has been developed as a data platform for various data application systems in the wind tunnel. According to the overall system architecture design, the system hardware equipment and network deployment have been completed, forming a new architecture based on data distributed collection and centralized storage in the data center room and the wind tunnel field room. The developed data acquisition middleware, database cluster, data service system, system management and security management software have realized efficient acquisition, storage and management of large-scale wind tunnel full-link data, forming a new mode of wind tunnel data acquisition, storage and management that adapts to technological development, providing powerful data protection and support for various data application systems.
