Abstract:In order to improve the test efficiency of digital private network communication terminal and corollary encryption components, and reduce the cost of construction, operation and labor testing, a hardware in loop simulation test system is designed; the testing requirements of communication terminal and encryption component are analyzed, and a method to simulate the communication chain construction process and encryption communication service process of digital private network is proposed and implemented; the architecture of general AdvancedTCA eXtensions for Instrumentation and Test (AXIe) test platform and extended test instruments adopted to design the system, the physical interface adaptation, signal conditioning and message data interaction control with different test objects are realized through the test instrument, it provides automatic test technology for the success rate of encryption service, voice quality evaluation and remote working current measurement of communication terminal and encryption components; it has been verified that the communication link delay of the test system is less than 100 nanosecond, it can provide a good voice quality evaluation environment for the communication terminal, and the tested Perceptual evaluation of speech quality (PESQ) is not less than 4.20, it can support unattended testing with a success rate of encryption service not less than 99.9%.
