    摘要:

    针对维修管理技能训练系统与训练需求不匹配的问题,本文应用ISD/SAT模型对维修管理技能训练系统进行了设计。在系统建设过程中,应用ISD/SAT模型,对培训需求进行了分析,对训练内容、系统结构、业务流程和技术体系的进行了设计,对系统和评估模块实施了开发。经实验测试,部分使用训练系统的两个实验组及完全使用训练系统的一个实验组,平均成绩分别比原始组高出了0.63%,1.34%,5.64%,表明使用ISD/SAT方法设计的训练系统可以提升训练效果。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of mismatch between the maintenance management skills training system and the training needs, this paper applies the ISD/SAT model to design the maintenance management skills training system. In the process of system construction, the ISD/SAT model was applied to analyse the training needs, design the training content, system structure, business process and technology system, and implement the development of the system and evaluation module. After experimental testing, the average performance of the two experimental groups that partially used the training system and the one experimental group that fully used the training system were higher than the original group by 0.63 per cent, 1.34 per cent and 5.64 per cent, respectively, which indicated that the training system designed using the ISD/SAT method could improve the training effect.
