    摘要:

    为了实现武器系统综合测试过程中火工品桥丝电阻测量和绝缘情况检查的高精度测量、量程自适应和自动化测试等目的,通过对火工品桥丝电阻测试仪测量应用场景、总体架构和硬件软件设计需求进行了研究,量程自适应高精度桥丝电阻测试仪采用多选一开关矩阵实现不同测量通道切换的技术和在恒压源和恒流源接入测量电路前进行自动检测的安全性保障技术,实现了一种兼容2线制与4线制电阻测量的量程自适应的创新,经过实验测试桥丝电阻测试仪可实现小电阻测量误差绝对值小于0.5%,可实现大电阻测量误差绝对值小于1%,可实现对火工品桥丝电阻测量的量程自适应和自动化测试,经实际应用量程自适应高精度桥丝电阻测试仪满足火工品桥丝电阻测量和绝缘情况检查的测试需求。

    Abstract:

    In order to realize the high-precision measurement, range adaptive and automatic testing of explosive bridge wire resistance measurement and insulation inspection during the comprehensive testing of weapon systems. The application scenario, overall architecture, hardware design requirements and software design requirements of explosive bridge wire resistance measurement were studied. By adopting the technology of switching different measurement channels with multiple-choice switch matrix and the security guarantee technology of automatic detection before the constant voltage source and constant current source are connected to the measurement circuit, range adaptive high precision bridge resistance tester can realize an innovation of range self-adaptation compatible with 2-wire and 4-wire resistance measurement. By experimental testing, the measurement error absolute value of small resistance is less than 0.5% and the measurement error absolute value of large resistance is less than 1%. At the same time, it can realize range adaptive and automatic testing of the explosive bridge wire resistance measurement. By practical application, it can meet the requirements of the bridge wire resistance measurement and insulation inspection.
