    摘要:

    在电子产品研制生产中,需进行大量不同装配层次、不同技术状态、不同目的的正式或非正式产品检验,其中工作量最大的是电性能测试。自动测试系统(ATS)虽然能够解决手工测试存在的工作量大、测试周期长、易出错等问题,但它也面临诸多挑战,例如如何降低测试系统软硬件开发成本、缩短开发周期,如何对现场需求变化进行快速响应等。因此,提出了ATS的硬件和软件体系结构,开发了应用框架软件。该方法采用通用化、系列化、模块化设计思想,以实现不同产品之间软件构件的重用;借助一种开放性的、基于Excel的测试脚本,支持使用人员根据测试任务对ATS进行定制;将被测试产品、开关子系统与各种测试仪器协同控制,以提高测试的自动化程度。基于3个典型产品系列对该方法进行了验证,结果表明它对于实现ATS的快速开发是有效的。

    Abstract:

    In the development and production of electronic products, a large number of formal or informal inspections with different assembly levels, different technical states and different purposes should be carried out, among which the workload of electrical performance testing is very large. Although automatic test system (ATS) can avoid many problems of manual testing, such as heavy workload, long testing cycle, error prone, but it also faces many challenges, such as how to reduce the development cost and shorten the development cycle of the test system, and how to respond quickly to changes in field requirements. Therefore, hardware and software architecture of ATS is proposed, and application framework software is developed. The approach realizes the reuse of software components between different products by adopting the generalized, serialized and modular design ideas; allows users to customize ATS according to the test task with the help of an open, EXCEL based test script; improves the automation degree of ATS by controlling the product, switch subsystem together with various test instruments. The approach is verified based on three families of typical products and the results show that it is very effective for realizing the rapid development of ATS.
