Abstract:In order to scientifically formulate maintenance strategies for measurement and control equipment during the task planning cycle, reduce redundant resource waste, increase the reliability of backup resources, while ensuring controllable risk of task execution, and promote the transformation of equipment maintenance resource allocation from expert experience to accurate calculation, a set of optimization objectives with reliability as the constraint and cost control as the optimization objective is designed, The method for generating the optimal selective maintenance strategy of measurement and control equipment based on genetic algorithm is implemented, and experiments are conducted using past recorded data of a certain type of measurement and control equipment to prove the effectiveness and feasibility of the algorithm. It has the possibility of promotion in aerospace measurement and control systems, providing technical reserves for the subsequent formation of a scientific allocation plan for maintenance and repair resources of aerospace launch sites.
