    摘要:

    为解决双翻斗式雨量传感器工作状态无法实时监测及故障发现不及时的问题,设计了一种不改变传感器自身机械结构及其自动气象站采集器中接口电路的雨量传感器工作状态实时监测系统。系统通过降雨检测模块实现有效降雨的识别,通过漏斗堵塞检测、翻斗动作检测和干簧管状态检测等模块实现对雨量传感器内部重要组件的工作状态监测,通过入侵监测和声光告警等模块实现对动物等入侵者的检测和驱离,通过通信模块实现相关数据的远程传输。结果表明:本系统可及时准确地识别并记录雨量传感器的故障类别及其发生时间等数据,并通知业务人员进行维护操作,从而可有效地标记和缩短雨量数据不可用的时间段。此外,通过本系统积累的传感器故障情况数据也有助于后续的雨量传感器及其维护流程的持续改进。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems that the working state of the double tipping bucket rainfall sensor cannot be monitored in real time and the fault detection is not timely, a real-time monitoring system of the working state of the rainfall sensor without changing the mechanical structure of the sensor itself and the interface circuit in the automatic weather station collector was designed. The system realizes the identification of effective rainfall through the rainfall detection module, realizes the working status monitoring of the important components inside the rainfall sensor through the modules such as funnel blockage detection, tipping action detection and reed pipe status detection, realizes the detection and displacement of intruders such as animals through intrusion monitoring and sound and light alarm modules, and realizes the remote transmission of relevant data through the communication module. The results show that the system can timely and accurately identify and record the fault category and its occurrence time of the rainfall sensor, and notify the meteorological staff to carry out maintenance operations, so as to effectively mark and shorten the time period when the rainfall data is not available. In addition, the sensor failure data accumulated through this system also contributes to the continuous improvement of subsequent rain sensors and their maintenance processes.
