Abstract:In order to control the temperature of infrared thermal imagers more accurately, a high-precision temperature control system for infrared thermal imagers based on ADRC is proposed. The system hardware module consists of a system power supply module, detector driver module, analog-to-digital conversion module, line of sight estimation module, video signal processing module, external storage module, Ethernet transmission module, and temperature control module. Design a single axis controller using auto-disturbance rejection control, modeling the uncertainty caused by time delay as part of the total disturbance of the system, estimating the extended state observer and the total disturbance, and compensating it in the feedforward channel to eliminate the impact of time delay on the controller. Apply the controller to the temperature control of the external thermal imager to obtain high-precision temperature control results of the infrared thermal imager. Through experimental analysis, it has been proven that the proposed system has good temperature control performance of the infrared thermal imager and can obtain high-quality infrared images.
