    摘要:

    装备保障过程中,故障信号电压检测是快速故障定位的手段。雷达产品组合面板一般预留故障信号电压测试接口,某些组合测试信号繁多,不便于用户辨别故障位置。提出了一种基于STM32的模块化接口测试仪的设计方案,介绍了该设备的工作原理、硬件组成及软件实现。设备有人机交互界面,对某型号雷达车内组合可实现一次连接自动采集17路电压信号并显示的功能,同时对相应故障解决方案做出弹窗提示,方便用户对设备进行维修维护。可用于其他电压测试,具有通用性、体积小、重量轻、方便携带等优点。

    Abstract:

    In the process of equipment support, fault signal voltage detection is an effective means to quickly locate faults. The radar product combination panel generally reserves fault signal voltage test interface. Some combination test signals are too many, which makes it difficult for users to locate the fault location. A design scheme of modular interface tester based onSTM32 is presented, and its working principle, hardware composition are introduced. The device has a human-computer interaction interface, and for a certain type of radar vehicle combination, it can realize the function of automatically collecting and displaying seventeen voltage signals at one collection. At the same time, the corresponding fault solution to make a pop-up prompt, convenient for users to repair and maintain the equipment. It can also be used for other voltage test. It has the advantages of versatility, small size, light weight, and convenient carrying.
