Abstract:As an important component of the ship cooling system, the health status of the coolant pump directly affects the normal operation and safety of the ship. This paper mainly studies the design of a ship coolant pump health status management system. With the development of the shipbuilding industry, the health management of ship equipment has received increasing attention. The system mainly includes five parts: data acquisition and state parameter feature extraction, equipment status recognition, equipment health management, data management, and configuration management. Through the design and implementation of this system, the health status of the ship"s coolant pump can be effectively monitored and managed, improving the operational efficiency and safety of the ship. At the same time, this system also provides a feasible solution for the health management of other ship equipment.
