    摘要:

    随着自动化的发展,空压机应用在多工序、多场景下,对减少故障和预警提出了更高的要求;论文介绍了空压机喘振故障实验环境和步骤,采用层次分析法来优化喘振故障占权重大的指标,提出一种基于特征频点能量比的喘振故障预警方法来得到振动传感器故障预警结果,再融合优化指标预警结果来提高喘振故障预警准确率,减少故障的发生;通过实验验证:特征频点能量比相较传统预警方法更灵敏,融合优化指标后相较于振动传感器根据特征频点能量比阈值预警y1提高了18.8%,y2提高了7.7%。

    Abstract:

    With the development of automation, air compressors are applied in multiple processes and multiple scenarios, which puts forward higher requirements for reducing faults and early warning. This paper introduces the experimental environment and steps of air compressor surge failure, adopts analytic hierarchy process to optimize the indicators of surge failure, proposes a surge fault early warning method based on characteristic frequency and energy ratio to obtain the vibration sensor fault early warning results, and then integrates the optimization index early warning results to improve the accuracy of surge fault early warning and reduce the occurrence of faults. The experimental results show that the characteristic frequency energy is more sensitive than the traditional early warning method. After the fusion optimization index, the early warning y1 and y2 are 18.8% and 7.7% higher than the threshold value of the characteristic frequency energy compared with the vibration sensor.
