Abstract:In response to the problem of high reliability cost in verifying the reliability of high-value ammunition fuses through full missile flight tests, a multi-source data fusion method using inheritance factors and environmental factors to convert data is adopted, and the obtained data is combined with target test data to reduce the sample size of target test. Using a mixed Beta distribution as a prior distribution, a Bayes method for evaluating the reliability of fuses was obtained, which solves the problem of fusion between simulated test data and target test data. A reliability evaluation was conducted using a certain fuze as the application background, proving that this method reduces a certain amount of range testing compared to classical methods.
