    摘要:

    本文针对某型导弹武控系统结构复杂、难于建立精确数学模型等特点,利用故障树分析法,以“网络接口发送正常,接收异常”、“武控台显示对接训练弹加电查询异常”、“武控电源操控面板上指示灯不亮”典型故障为例,详细描述故障现象,深入剖析故障原因,全面梳理故障机理,精准建立故障树,标准表达故障格式。依据专家经验,给出故障的出现率及对武控系统的影响程度,完成故障定性定量分析,从而更高效地实现该故障的定位和排除,同时可为维修保障过程中出现的各种故障提供完整的故障诊断案例借鉴。因此,具有一定的理论和实用价值,为后续该型导弹武器装备提供系统、全面、针对性和时效性强的作战使用技术保障产品打下坚实的基础,进而全面提升该型导弹武器装备使用和维修保障能力。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at some problems of missile weapon control system such as complex structure and difficulty to establish precise mathematical model,adopt fault tree analysis,take the example for the fault that network interface sends normally receive abnormally and weapon control console shows abnormality of power-on check to butt-joint training missile and indicator light of weapon control power supply control panel does not enlighten , detailedly describe fault phenomenon,deeply dissect fault reason, comprehehsively tease fault mechanism,accurately establish fault tree, standardly express fault format.According to the experience of experts, give occurrence rate of fault and incidence to weapon control system,finish fault qualitative and quantitative analysis,efficiently realize localization and elimination,provide complete fault diagnosis case reference that appears during the process of maintenance. Therefore,have some theoretical and practical value,lay firm foundation for system and comprehensive and high pertinent and time sensitive operational application technical support product of follow-up this type missile weapon equipment,comprehensively promote operation and maintenance support ability.
