    硫化氢(H2S)是六氟化硫(SF6)分解气体的主要成分,在光谱作用下,H2S产物快速挥发,且挥发行为表现极为明显,因此根据光谱效果准确分析H2S产物在SF6分解气体中的含量具有一定的难度。为此,研究一种基于红外和紫外光谱分析的SF6分解气体在线监测技术。将红外测量单元、紫外测量单元与多通道光谱脉冲幅度分析器连接在一起,通过分配混合气体的方式,检测SF6分解组分,确定基于红外和紫外光谱分析的SF6分解气体成分。建立气体分离特性函数,根据自扩散系数计算结果,定义吸附等温线,联合阳离子径向分布定义条件,规范具体的监测算法执行流程。实验结果表明,该监测技术的应用可以准确定义H2S产物在SF6分解气体中的含量,即便在光谱作用下,也不会因气体产物挥发而造成非精准监测的问题。

    Abstract:

    Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) is the main component of sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) decomposition gas. Under the action of spectrum, H2S products volatilize rapidly, and the volatilization behavior is extremely obvious. Therefore, it is difficult to accurately analyze the content of H2S products in SF6 decomposition gas according to the spectral effect. Therefore, an online monitoring technology of SF6 decomposition gas based on infrared and ultraviolet spectral analysis is studied. The infrared measuring unit, ultraviolet measuring unit and multi-channel spectral pulse amplitude analyzer were connected together to detect SF6 decomposition components and determine SF6 decomposition gas components based on infrared and ultraviolet spectral analysis by distributing mixed gases. The gas separation characteristic function was established, the adsorption isotherm was defined according to the results of self-diffusion coefficient calculation, and the definition conditions of cation radial distribution were combined to standardize the specific monitoring algorithm execution flow. The experimental results show that the application of this monitoring technology can accurately define the content of H2S products in SF6 decomposition gas, and will not cause the problem of inaccurate monitoring due to volatilization of gas products even under the action of spectrum.
