    摘要:

    为解决装备水下爆炸冲击毁伤海上试验数据采集与安全风险控制难题,依托试验保障平台构建水下爆炸冲击试验海上测控系统,对应变、加速度、冲击波压力和视频图像等数据采集分系统开展模块化设计,制定相关试验流程、试验安全防护和风险控制方案,码头联调后开展海上实装水下爆炸冲击试验测试,试验后对测控系统可靠性、试验保障平台各设备安全性进行查验,查验结果表明,采取的抗冲击防护措施可行,该测控系统稳定可靠、安全可控,能有效实现单次毁伤试验中多方位多要素数据采集与存储,同时指出了本次测试试验存在的不足以及后续海上实装水下爆炸冲击试验需重点关注的问题,可为后续装备水下爆炸冲击毁伤试验的开展提供有力的经验参考及保障条件支撑。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the hard problem of data measuring and safty control in the impact and damage test subjected to underwater explosion, a kind of underwater explosion test measuring and control system on the sea was built on the basis of the test guarantee platform, the data measuring subsystems of strain, acceleration, pressure, video, image, and so on, were modularly designed. The corresponding test procedure, test security and risk control plan were designed as well. The system was tested on the sea after combined testing on the dock. The reliability of the system and the security of the platform were checked after the test. The anti-impact protective measures worked and the result verified the stability, reliability, safety and controllability of the system, which also revealed that the data collection and storage were realized multi-directionally and multi-elementally. The shortage of the test and the key problems in the coming underwater explosion test were pointed out, which provided strong guarantee support to the impact and damage test of equipment subjected to underwater explosion.
