Abstract:In order to adapt to the application environment and performance requirements, various missiles are increasingly developing in the direction of functional diversification, structural complexity, and module integration, which greatly increases the various development costs of missile physical prototype. Due to the current complex and unstable international situation, higher requirements are put forward for product design, production, and maintenance of missile products. In this context, replacing physical prototypes with digital mock-ups is the direction of future development. Firstly, the concept of digital prototype is discussed, the characteristics and classification of digital mock-up are summarized. Subsequently, the application statuses of various missile digital mock-ups at home and abroad are introduced. According to the requirements and implementation approaches of various missiles for digital mock-ups, the key technologies for constructing digital mock-ups are described. Finally, based on the analysis of missile lifecycle and management standardization, the development trend of digital mock-up is prospected.
