Abstract:The inflatable seal enclosure system for icing wind tunnel is used to isolate the air pressure environment inside and outside the gate or fill the gap between moving parts during the test. The gate is of large size, wide temperature range, frequent inflation / deflation, and many opening methods. Each shroud is customized individually. The base material of the ore belt is made of blended rubber embedded with reinforced fibers. The shroud is cut into fixed bases on both sides of the“concave”molding belt. The charging electromagnetic and transmitter are designed based on the integrated block. The inflation and deflation control system adopt PLC + electromagnetic + vacuum generator, which is connected to the wind tunnel measurement and control optical fiber ring network, and realize local/remote automatic control. The problems of enclosure structure, airtight leakage and structural design of large-scale dense metal air nozzle are solved. The system have good application effect and high automation level, and have great popularization and application value.
