    摘要:

    某风洞充气密封系统用于试验期间隔离大门内外气压环境或填充移动部件间隙,保证风洞回路最高可以模拟2万米高空以下气压环境。密封围带基体材料采用植入增强纤维的硅橡胶,围带截面为“凹”型带两侧固定基座,采用直线型带芯分段模压硫化成型,成功研制了适用于高低温环境、长寿命、高膨胀、大尺度环状充气密封围带;充气/放气气路、电磁阀和变送器等基于集成块安装设计;充气/放气控制系统采用PLC+电磁阀+真空发生器;系统通过Profinet接入风洞测控光纤环网,实现本地/远程自动化控制。解决了围带结构、气密泄漏、大尺度密封面平面度和金属气嘴结构设计等问题。系统应用效果好,自动化水平高,有较大推广应用价值。

    Abstract:

    The inflatable seal enclosure system for icing wind tunnel is used to isolate the air pressure environment inside and outside the gate or fill the gap between moving parts during the test. The gate is of large size, wide temperature range, frequent inflation / deflation, and many opening methods. Each shroud is customized individually. The base material of the ore belt is made of blended rubber embedded with reinforced fibers. The shroud is cut into fixed bases on both sides of the“concave”molding belt. The charging electromagnetic and transmitter are designed based on the integrated block. The inflation and deflation control system adopt PLC + electromagnetic + vacuum generator, which is connected to the wind tunnel measurement and control optical fiber ring network, and realize local/remote automatic control. The problems of enclosure structure, airtight leakage and structural design of large-scale dense metal air nozzle are solved. The system have good application effect and high automation level, and have great popularization and application value.
