    摘要:

    现阶段导弹点火电路的测试需配备专用测试设备,设备种类多、操作方法复杂繁琐、测试精度低、测试效率低下,已逐渐难以满足通用化、轻小型化和高精度的要求;因此,针对导弹点火电路的测试需求,综合考虑可靠性和经济性等因素,研制了一套涵盖七型导弹火工品测试的点火电路测试仪,该点火电路测试仪具有重量轻、体积小、操作简单等特点,首次实现火工品电路自动测试,大大提高测试效率;阐述了其系统组成及工作原理,详细介绍了硬件设计、系统软件架构设计及测试流程设计;实际应用结果表明:点火电路测试仪满足测试性、稳定性、安全性和可扩展性等要求,大大提高了火工品测试的自动化程度和精度,且测试过程安全可靠,相比传统测试方法有了很大改进,确保了导弹发射的可靠性和飞行任务的成功率。

    Abstract:

    Testing of missile ignition circuits at this stage requires dedicated test equipment, too many types of equipment ,complicated and tedious operation methods,low test accuracyand low test efficiency,It has gradually become difficult to meet the requirements of generalization,miniaturization and high precision;Therefore,according to the test requirements of missile ignition circuits,considering a combination of reliability and economic factors,a set of ignition circuit tester which domestic seven types of missile ignition circuit tests have been developed;The ignition circuit tester has the characteristics of light weight,small size and simple operation,The first automatic test of the pyrotechnic circuit was realized,which greatly improved the test efficiency;Elaborated its system composition and working principle,introducted hardware design,system software architecture design and test process design in detail;The actual application results show:gengral electric explosion circuit tester meets testability,stability,safety and scalability requirements,greatly improving the automation and accuracy of the pyrotechnics,and the test process is safe and reliable,which has been greatly improved compared to traditional test methords,ensuring the reliability of missile launch and the success rate of flight missions.
