Abstract:Under normal conditions, the pressure of gas cylinder is measured at the opening of the gas cylinder outlet pipe. For the high-pressure gas cylinder in long-term storage, there is a hidden danger of pressure leakage at the opening part. In order to overcome the problem of open pressure leakage of the cylinder, the non-contact pressure measurement system of the cylinder was analyzed and studied. Based on the deformation of the cylinder wall under pressure, the calculation model of the relationship between the strain variable of the cylinder wall and the internal pressure was established through the key technology of strain measurement of the cylinder wall. The relevant data parameters under different temperatures and pressures were accumulated through multiple experiments. The pressure formula with temperature compensation is fitted to the data model and programmed into the portable tester to realize the non-contact pressure measurement of the high-pressure gas cylinder without contact with the medium, and meet the application demand of random measurement when the gas cylinder is stored under high pressure for a long time.
