    摘要:

    卫星通信地球站设备上架后使用时间长。日常工作中,岗位人员根据经验及频谱仪等设备对某些关键指标进行手动测试,结果数据记录零散、可应用性低,整套设备的性能衰减难以测量。基于此,通过定制嵌入式平台、性能测试流程,利用性能测试原理与仪器控制技术,采集处理相应节点频谱信息并计算特征值,利用多源数据进行综合判定与分析,最终获得在线设备性能测试数据,并通过曲线直观展示,实现了整套地球站设备的性能测试过程。由于系统记录的测试结果可对比,人员感知设备性能的变化并做好相关工作,避免设备失效对工作造成的影响。通过对系统使用前后相关参数的对比,在性能测试方面,系统具有快速、准确、开放性好的优点。系统获得的测试数据亦为后续智能化运维提供了数据基础。

    Abstract:

    The equipment of satellite communication earth station has a long service life after being equipped. In daily work, some key indexes are tested manually by staff according to their experience and equipment such as Spectrum Analyzer. As a result, the data record is scattered, the applicability is low, and the performance attenuation of the whole set of equipment is difficult to measure. Based on this, through customizing the embedded platform and the performance test flow, using the performance test principle and the instrument control technology, collecting and processing the corresponding node frequency spectrum information, using the multi-source data to carry on the synthesis judgment and the analysis, finally, the on-line device performance test data is obtained. The data is displayed visually through the curve. The performance test process of the whole earth station equipment is complete. Because the test results recorded by the system can be compared, the staff can sense the change of the equipment performance and do the related preventive work well, so as to avoid the influence of the equipment failure on the work. By comparing the related parameters of the system before and after use, the system has the advantages of fast, accurate and good openness in performance testing. The test data obtained by the system also provide the data base for the following intelligent operation and maintenance.
