Abstract:The servo system has the characteristics of high acceptance index requirements, complex testing, limited operating conditions and so on. The traditional manual testing has high limitations and accuracy can not be guaranteed. The servo system has the functions of circular sweep and fan sweep, and the turntable, as the core component of the servo system, is the main mechanism for the rotation of the servo system, so the test of some indicators of the servo system can be simplified as the index test of the turntable. The automatic test equipment based on pxie bus has the characteristics of high data processing speed, high integration, high localization and high stability, which is suitable for the automatic test of turntable equipment. Using FPGA and inertial sensor as the data acquisition core, the pxie bus turntable automatic test equipment is designed. The test efficiency can be improved by 80% when multiple indicators are tested at the same time, which meets the design requirements of turntable test equipment, and has good scalability. The design can be extended to other application scenarios that need to test the turntable.
