基于任务要地防空导弹作战试验指标体系构建

摘要:

针对要地防空导弹武器系统作战试验，提出了基于任务的作战试验指标体系构建方法、流程和步骤；基于典型作战任务，综合运用层次分析法和专家咨询法对要地防空导弹武器系统的作战试验指标体系进行分析分解，以满足装备能力可定性、定量检验和评估的目的；最后，以某型要地防空导弹武器系统作战试验的指标体系构建为例，按照基本构建流程，给出了构建的具体过程和结果，检验了方法的可行性，范例只针对系统的几类主要指标进行了构建分解，完整的指标体系还需依据文中的方法继续完善。

Abstract:

Aim at the operational test of critital area antiaircraft missile weapon system,the construction metheod、process and steps of operational test index system based on mission are put farward;Based on typical operational mission, the operational test index system of antiaircraft missile weapon system is analyzed and decomposed comprehensively by AHP and expert consultation,so as to satisfy the purpose of qualitative and quanlitative inspection and evaluation of equipment capability;Finally,taking the construction of the operational test index system of a certain type of critital area antiaircraft missile weapon system as a example,the concrete construction process and results are given according to the basic construction process,and the feasibility of the method is tested,the example is constructed and decomposed only for several main inedx of the system,and the complete index system needs to be further perfected according to the method in the paper.
