Abstract:Most of the domestic electrolyte analyzers are based on the wet method, with relatively complex structure and complicated operation process, and there are certain biosafety risks due to sample exposure. In order to meet the needs of clinical medicine for the detection of key electrolyte components in human body fluid, a human electrolyte analyzer based on dry biochemical method was designed to detect potassium, sodium and chloride ions. Based on the development of Cortex-M3 embedded system, the analyzer has designed a new type of dry biochemical electrolyte test piece, used the ion selective electrode method for ion measurement, combined with the Nernst equation, proposed a new dry electrolyte measurement method, and completed the system hardware and software design. The whole machine conforms to the medical instrument industry standard, with stable performance and high detection accuracy, and has passed the medical instrument registration inspection. This design improves the design level of domestic electrolyte analyzer to a certain extent, breaks through the technical bottleneck of dry detection of human electrolyte, and has a certain role in promoting the popularization of human electrolyte analyzer in small and medium-sized hospitals.
