Abstract:The hydraulic dredging pump used in hydraulic engineering is affected by step load disturbance, which leads to a decrease in work efficiency. To effectively improve the efficiency of hydraulic dredging pumps and reduce the impact of step load disturbances, a fuzzy autodisturbance rejection control method is proposed for hydraulic dredging pumps used in hydraulic engineering. Firstly, determine the relevant influencing factors in the automatic disturbance rejection control process of the hydraulic dredging pump; Based on the analysis of influencing factors, determine the fuzzy self disturbance rejection control process of the hydraulic dredging pump to control the influencing factors; Finally, the fuzzy auto-disturbance rejection control of hydraulic dredging pumps used in hydraulic engineering is achieved. The experiment proves that the load disturbance value of the hydraulic dredging pump obtained by this method is close to the actual load disturbance value, and can accurately estimate the step load disturbance; After controlling the hydraulic dredging pump used in hydraulic engineering, the response speed of the hydraulic dredging pump is fast, with a silt content value of about 0.030L/min and a volumetric efficiency of 98.73%. The overall control effect is good.
