Abstract:In order to meet the control requirements of multi cylinder synchronous operation of hydraulic equipment, a nonlinear fuzzy sliding film control algorithm was proposed. Based on the control characteristics of multi cylinder hydraulic equipment, the model was established, and the switching function of the model was obtained. With the help of the balance equation between the hydraulic cylinder and the load force, the multi-stage hydraulic cylinder was changed, and then the throttle buffer control condition was determined by combining the calculation results of the synchronous speed of the hydraulic equipment, so as to realize the synchronous control of the equipment. Using AMESim software to design simulation experiments, the acceleration, velocity and displacement difference were obtained. The results showed that the nonlinear fuzzy sliding film control algorithm could better control the synchronous operation requirements of multi cylinder hydraulic equipment.
