    摘要:

    为满足液压设备多缸同步操作的控制需求,提出一种非线性模糊滑膜控制算法研究。以多缸液压设备的控制特性为基础建模,并获取模型的切换函数;借助液压缸与负载力平衡方程,完成多级液压缸的换级处理,再联合液压设备同步速度计算结果,确定节流缓冲控制条件,实现对设备的同步控制。利用AMESim软件设计仿真实验,得到加速度、速度、位移差三项指标数值,结果显示非线性模糊滑膜控制算法能够更好第控制多缸液压设备的同步操作需求。

    Abstract:

    In order to meet the control requirements of multi cylinder synchronous operation of hydraulic equipment, a nonlinear fuzzy sliding film control algorithm was proposed. Based on the control characteristics of multi cylinder hydraulic equipment, the model was established, and the switching function of the model was obtained. With the help of the balance equation between the hydraulic cylinder and the load force, the multi-stage hydraulic cylinder was changed, and then the throttle buffer control condition was determined by combining the calculation results of the synchronous speed of the hydraulic equipment, so as to realize the synchronous control of the equipment. Using AMESim software to design simulation experiments, the acceleration, velocity and displacement difference were obtained. The results showed that the nonlinear fuzzy sliding film control algorithm could better control the synchronous operation requirements of multi cylinder hydraulic equipment.
