Abstract:Aiming at the traditional solenoid valve appearing in the field of launch vehicle, this paper proposes the interception-splicing algorithm that only intercepts the part containing the characteristic parameters in the opening time and closing time, so as to realize the waveform display and interpretation of the traditional solenoid valve. For novel solenoid valves such as generator igniter and thrust chamber igniter, the algorithm is modified according to their characteristics to achieve waveform display and interpretation. The signal acquisition experiment of solenoid valve was carried out in the laboratory environment. The waveform was drawn using the automatic interpretation software of solenoid valve, and the required characteristic parameters such as opening time, closing time and steady state current were interpreted. The results show that the algorithm can meet the interpretation requirements of traditional solenoid valves commonly seen in the field of launch vehicles, and is also suitable for emerging novel solenoid valves.
