Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of universal and high reliability of launch vehicle test and control equipment, the design scheme of launch vehicle test and control equipment is studied. The overall equipment adopts the design idea of general chassis plus standardized module, and the backplane adopts the customized internal interface. Based on the design idea of heterogeneous business information and management information, the separation of business and management information is realized through the redundant CAN bus and RS485 bus on the backplane, and the heterogeneous backup of the management bus to the business bus. The chassis and standardized module confirm the current slot and module type by reading the backplane information, The flexible arrangement of modules is realized. The two-stage hot standby scheme of module hot standby and bus hot standby is adopted, as well as the self-defined internal communication protocol. After testing, the normal operation of the controller and module under the second degree fault is achieved, and the redundancy switching delay is less than 50ms. The equipment has been successfully applied on a new type of low temperature liquid launch vehicle, and the actual application meets the requirements of the launch vehicle test and control system, It can be applied to other launch vehicle related fields in the future.
